Eat that Frog
“If the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is eat a live frog, then nothing worse can happen for the rest of the day.”

If you find yourself procrastinating on a to-do list item, goal, or something of great importance, tackle it first thing (eat it!) and it’ll give you energy and momentum throughout your day. But if you don’t eat your frog, he’ll awkwardly stare at you all day long, weighing on your mind and zapping your energy and life-giving mojo while your time and energy is spent on hundreds of unimportant things. So go ahead, stop reading this and eat that frog!
